Support for Service Children

Our Pastoral Lead supports the needs of our Service Children during times of deployment, separation due to unaccompanied postings and transition.  Please contact Mrs McIntosh via the School Office.

Snow Closure

If the school is unable to open or staff and children's safety is compromised by dangerous roads we will make the decision to close the school.  We will notify you via ParentPay by 7.30am that day.  We will also update the following: 

• School website under 'latest news' on the homepage.
• Inform local radio stations (BBC Radio Oxford, Heart FM and Jack FM)
• Update the Oxfordshire County Council website.  

Mobile Phones

There should be no need for children to bring their phones to school unless by prior authorisation of the Headteacher, in exceptional circumstances.  However, we are aware that a number of our Year 6 pupils do walk to and from school unaccompanied and if parents wish them to have a phone with them for safety, can you please notify their class teacher who will store the phone during the school day.
